Our easy-steps order process ensures your order is kept on-track and you know the status at all times. No surprises!
1. CONCEPT
Supply us with a copy of your building plans, or send us photos and approximate dimensions if it’s an existing staircase you are looking to replace.
2. CHOOSE YOUR SPECIFICATION
Select a staircase design from our range or choose a bespoke design where we manufacture components to perfectly match your needs. Download our specification sheets and Staircase Lookbook for inspiration.
3. QUOTATION
We supply a detailed proposal including a technical drawing for your chosen design.
4. ORDER
To secure a site survey and production slot send us a written order along with the deposit we have outlined in the quotation.
5. SITE SURVEY
Our surveyor will attend site to measure up, which will ensure your staircase fits perfectly and is easy to install.
6. DESIGN COMPLETION
Taking the measurements from the survey we make any final adjustments for an exact fit and to ensure compliance with building regulations.
7. PRODUCTION APPROVAL
We will send you a dimensional drawing for sign-off prior to manufacture.
8. MANUFACTURE
Your staircase is manufactured to the approved design.
9. DRY ASSEMBLY
We dry assemble the staircase, checking the quality throughout.
10. PACKING & DELIVERY
The staircase is packed securely for transport. We then contact you in advance to arrange a timed delivery slot suited to your project needs.
