Salisbury Joinery Profile

Our Journey

Salisbury Joinery is a family business established in 1975 by Jim Diffey, who had a passion for wood working and started the business with nothing but a bag of tools. Jim was not only passionate about craftmanship and woodworking, he was and still is a hard working and honest man; values which permeate the business to this day.

In the early days the business grew organically through personal recommendations as Jim became known locally as the trustworthy and quality craftsman that he was. His mantra then was 'Look after customers and they will come back' - and they did in droves.

Over the years the business grew beyond the Salisbury area and as his 7 sons reached adulthood, each one joined the business. Today we deliver high standards of workmanship and customer care on every job. The business continues to thrive due to the exacting standards Jim Diffey built the business on nearly 50 years ago.
