Joseph leads our sales team with confidence and expertise. Beginning his career as a bench joinery apprentice, he brings deep knowledge of bespoke joinery and guides clients toward the best solutions for their needs. Outside of work, he enjoys long countryside walks with his family.
Jerry Xeureb
Sales Manager
Jerry is one of our expert Sales Managers. He takes the time to understand each client and project, allowing him to offer tailored solutions and share only the most relevant information. Acting as a trusted advisor, he ensures clarity at every stage, with one goal in mind: complete customer satisfaction.
Ben Reynolds
Sales Manager
Ben is passionate about helping architects, contractors, and private clients discover the right solutions through engaging demos and project visits. He’s always excited to show a sample or talk through a new design.

Production Manager
Andrew brings efficiency, high standards, and a supportive leadership style to his role as Production Manager. Passionate about the craftsmanship behind our joinery, he loves hearing from happy customers. In his downtime, he looks forward to his summer breaks.

Claire
Production Scheduler
Claire plays a key role in coordinating customer communication and guiding projects smoothly through production and delivery. She’s also responsible for invoicing and assessing project efficiency. Away from work, she channels her creativity into pet portrait art.
Sam Diffey
Surveyor
Sam is our Head Surveyor, visiting sites to take precise measurements and ensure every project starts with accuracy. He works closely with clients during the design stage to confirm all specifications are met. In his downtime, he enjoys trips to the coast, plus a bit of alfresco cooking.
Kat
Finance Manager
Katrina is our super efficient Finance Manager who looks after our accounts payable and makes sure our lovely clients pay us on time. She's really lovely too though, we promise! Outside of work Katrina loves spending time with her family and going for walks at the beach with her dog Maisie.
Jacob Diffey
Purchasing
Handles researching and contacting new suppliers and looking for new products to enhance our windows and doors. Working on product development. Home - Taking the family out hunting out the finest bakery's and obsessed with cooking quality Neapolitan pizza 🍕
Jim Diffey
Founder
Jim founded the company over 50 years ago and has been a driving force behind its growth and values. Though now semi-retired, he still offers his expertise in timber and stair quotations, providing guidance shaped by decades of hands-on experience. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to his Christian faith and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Nat Diffey
Director
Nat leads the marketing and finance teams at Salisbury Joinery to help achieve the company's plans for growth and particularly enjoys the creativity and reward of marketing. Married with three children, Nat is kept well occupied out of hours but when he gets a spare moment loves relaxing in the country or visiting the capital.

The team is a mix of seasoned experts—many with over 10 years of experience at the company—and newer members who bring fresh energy and ideas. Regardless of tenure, every team member shares a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Together, they form a reliable, collaborative group dedicated to producing exceptional work that reflects the standards our clients have come to trust.

Painting, Glazing and Delivery
Our Finishing & Logistics Team plays a vital role in bringing every project to life with precision and care. From expertly applied paint finishes and glazing work to the careful packing and delivery of each bespoke piece, they ensure our timber products not only look exceptional but arrive in perfect condition. This team combines craftsmanship with attention to detail and logistical know-how. Whether they’ve been with us for years or are newer to the team, each member shares a commitment to quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. They are the final hands on every product—making sure it’s finished to the highest standard and delivered with care.
