Getting to know the project and the client, to fully understand their requirements and preferences and ensure I offer them the best possible solution, tailored to their wants and needs and to ensure I present the most relevant information to them, to most effectively assist in their buying decision. Acting as an advisor and partner to our client and ensuring all information is clear and understood on all sides, resulting in the best possible outcome and my main objective – complete customer satisfaction.
Andrew's our super efficient production manager, who’s super friendly until you under perform. Exceptionally passionate about the quality of our joinery, and loves to hear from delighted customers. Loves his summer holidays and a glass of Jack Daniels
My key responsibilities are Customer communications, managing Projects through the Production and Delivery phases, Invoicing and efficiency analysis at the end of projects. And in my personal time I am a Pet Portrait artist.
I enjoy working closely with clients during the design process to ensure we meet the desired design and specification. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with the family on the coast and in the countryside along with the occasional trip to London. I also enjoy a spot of alfresco cooking.
Katrina is our super efficient Finance Manager who looks after our accounts payable and makes sure our lovely clients pay us on time. She's really lovely too though, we promise! Outside of work Katrina loves spending time with her family and going for walks at the beach with her dogs Murphy and Maisie.

Jim founded the company over 50 years ago and has been a driving force behind its growth and values. Though now semi-retired, he still offers his expertise in timber and stair quotations, providing guidance shaped by decades of hands-on experience. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to his Christian faith and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Nat leads the marketing and finance teams at Salisbury Joinery to help achieve the company's plans for growth and particularly enjoys the creativity and reward of marketing. Married with three children, Nat is kept well occupied out of hours but when he gets a spare moment loves relaxing in the country or visiting the capital.
Our CNC workshop team is the heart of our bespoke timber production. Combining advanced technology with skilled craftsmanship, they turn design concepts into finely crafted timber products tailored to each client’s needs. The team is a mix of seasoned experts—many with over 10 years of experience at the company—and newer members who bring fresh energy and ideas. Regardless of tenure, every team member shares a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Together, they form a reliable, collaborative group dedicated to producing exceptional work that reflects the standards our clients have come to trust.
Our Traditional Team embodies the art of classic timber craftsmanship. Using time-honored methods and a hands-on approach, they create bespoke joinery that blends tradition with quality. The team includes long-standing members with deep expertise alongside newer talent learning the craft (sorry, those who missed the photo!). Together, they share a passion for detail, pride in their work, and a dedication to delivering high-quality, custom timber solutions. Whether it’s intricate mouldings, hand-assembled components, or unique one-off pieces, our Traditional Team brings precision, care, and character to every project.
Our Finishing & Logistics Team plays a vital role in bringing every project to life with precision and care. From expertly applied paint finishes and glazing work to the careful packing and delivery of each bespoke piece, they ensure our timber products not only look exceptional but arrive in perfect condition. This team combines craftsmanship with attention to detail and logistical know-how. Whether they’ve been with us for years or are newer to the team, each member shares a commitment to quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. They are the final hands on every product—making sure it’s finished to the highest standard and delivered with care.
