Energy Efficiency and Great Looks
Our popular Part Q double glazing unit consists of 24mm (4–16–4) soft coat argon filled units, with black aluminum spacer bars which have a centre pane U-value of 1.2. The U-value can be reduced further to 1.1 by using black warm edges spacers.
Puttied in glass and full glazing bars are also a feature of our conservation and heritage range which features slimline 4-6-4 Low e’ krypton gas filled double glazed units or 4mm single glass panes with a 22mm glazing bar.
Toughened glass is used in critical locations.
