We launched our Express Service in response to customer research that established a need for the rapid manufacture of joinery for time critical projects. We guarantee that all windows and doors will be manufactured in our workshop to the same high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. An additional fee is charged for this premium service which uses streamlined processes and advanced production scheduling to deliver rapid manufacture and delivery to clients, when time is of the essence.

Are there any limitations?

To qualify for our Express service, please chose a specification from our popular range of windows and doors - view our website or product range guide for information.  In order to expediate your order we also ask that you choose regular ironmongery and colour finishes from our range. Once you make contact our sales team will be able to confirm the suitability of our express service for your project.

Is it really a 3-week service?

Yes, we have built in express production slots to make sure the service is achievable, but the 3-week timeframe for manufacture cannot start until we have received your deposit, all required information and sign-off of the final drawings.

What do you require from me?

Once you have sent us your order and deposit, please be timely in the return of the additional information required such as ironmongery choices and sign-off of drawings. We can’t secure a production slot until this is received. 

Is the warranty affected?

No, all window and doors are UKCA marked and manufactured to the same quality standards as all of our fine timber windows and doors. Salisbury Joinery is third-party audited bi-annually for the quality of our joinery and manufacturing progresses and offers a comprehensive product warranty of up to 10 years.
