Product Warranty

Salisbury Joinery desires that every customer should be delighted with the joinery we manufacture for them. Our joinery is manufactured to an exacting standard by our experienced joiners and can be delivered finely finished ready for installation. Our joinery products are lifetime investments and we are confident they will be enjoyed by generations to come.

We are delighted to offer you further assurance of our premium joinery products by extending a Product Warranty of up to 10 years, subject to our Product Warranty Terms and Conditions of Trade which are available on request.

Our warranty is applicable for five years in respect of factory opaque fully finished and where applicable glazed joinery, and three years in respect of translucent standard three coat factory finished joinery.

Our Product Warranty covers: Timber frames, doors, casements, sashes, surface treatment, ironmongery, weather seals and double glazed units.
