The prestigious Kingston House Park Estate is located in Kingston Blount, a village about 4 miles southeast of Thame in South Oxfordshire. The village is a spring line settlement at the foot of the Chiltern Hills escarpment that includes a pre-Roman ridgeway that passes through the parish.

Salisbury Joinery worked with an award-winning builder of high specification properties on the renovation of Kingston House and supplied the timber sash windows, skirting and external doors to match the historical design of the property.

Over 20 sash windows of various sizes were hand crafted for the property at our workshop in Salisbury. Manufactured with sustainably sourced Sapele hardwood by our experienced in-house production team using modern techniques, these windows exude class and are fitted with a mixture of single and slim-line double glazing. The Sapele used in the construction of the windows is known for its fine exterior durability and consistent appearance.

Finely spray painted at our in-house paint facility and supplied ready for onsite finishing, these stunning Sash windows help to enhance the external appearance of Kingston House and will provide many years of dependable performance.

To the entrance of the property Salisbury Joinery supplied traditionally designed two panel timber pedestrian doors, finished in white with ironmongery suited to the style of the property. These doors, along with the windows and skirting, were supplied on time and budget to ensure total customer satisfaction.
