We are delighted to offer you further assurance of our premium joinery products by extending a Product Warranty of up to 10 years, subject to our Product Warranty Terms and Conditions of Trade which are available on request.
Our warranty is applicable for five years in respect of factory opaque fully finished and where applicable glazed joinery, and three years in respect of translucent standard three coat factory finished joinery.
Our Product Warranty covers: Timber frames, doors, casements, sashes, surface treatment, ironmongery, weather seals and double glazed units.
