Part Q Compliance

Part Q of the Building Regulations relates to the technical content, and its implementation, of The Building Regulations 2010 (England): Security of Dwellings and Unauthorised access. It came into force in October 2015.

This regulation makes it mandatory for new residential properties and properties being converted to new residential dwellings to have windows and doorsets that have been proved to meet the security requirements of PAS 24:2012.

Salisbury Joinery is delighted to have a range of windows and doors that comply with Part Q; details of these ranges are available from our Specification Guide and Architects Pack, or alternatively contact our customer service team for drawings and product information.
