50 Miles for 50 Years: Celebrating Our Journey and Investing in Joinery’s Future

This year, we proudly celebrate 50 years in the joinery industry — five decades of craftsmanship, dedication, and building lasting relationships. To mark this milestone, we’re taking on a special challenge: a 50-mile charity walk over three days to raise funds for the Construction Youth Trust.

Honouring Our Roots in Joinery

Joinery is more than just a trade — it’s a craft that requires skill, patience, and passion. Over the past 50 years, we’ve been fortunate to work alongside talented joiners who shape the spaces where people live, work, and thrive. But as the industry evolves, so does the need to nurture the next generation of skilled craftsmen and women.

The Construction Youth Trust supports young people from diverse backgrounds to gain the training, mentoring, and opportunities they need to build a career in construction trades like joinery. Their work is vital in keeping our craft alive and ensuring that quality workmanship continues for years to come.

Taking Steps Together

Over three days, our team will walk 50 miles — a mile for every year our business has proudly served the joinery sector. This challenge isn’t just about distance; it’s about commitment, teamwork, and giving back to an industry that has given us so much.

Every step taken represents our belief in the power of hard work, skill development, and community. It’s a tribute to the joiners who came before us, and a pledge to support those who will carry the torch forward.

How You Can Help

We invite our colleagues, clients, friends, and families to join us in supporting this cause. Your donations will directly fund Construction Youth Trust programs that open doors for young people wanting to enter joinery and other construction trades.

Follow our progress throughout the event on our social channels, and consider sponsoring our efforts to help us make a lasting impact.
